T newlineIntroduction: Aims and objectives: The study aimed to assess the newlineoutcome of multidimensional- newlineMaterials newlineand Methods: A Quantitative Approach and the Randomized Control newlineTrial (RCT)/ True Experimental Design was adopted in this study. newlineSimple Random Sampling was used. The computer-generated random newlinetable was used to facilitate the randomization process to classify the newlinesamples into the experimental and the wait-list control group. Finally, the newlinetotal samples for the study were 98, 49 each in the experimental and newlinethe wait-list control group. The tools were socio-demographic variables, newline- newline-BREF). The investigator newlineapplied Multidimensional- (Conducted a client centered newlinemotivational-interviewing and Mindfulness sessions, client-centered or newlinegroup-centered and psychoeducation) among the experimental group newlineand later in the wait-list control group. Results: Descriptive and newlineinferential statistics were used to find out the outcome of mindfulness newlineamong the experimental and the wait-list control newlinegroup. The comparison of outcome of multidimensional approach on newlinediabetic patients in the experimental group and the wait-list control newlinegroup which was tested by using unpaired t-test. According to newlinedepression between patients type 2 diabetic patients in the newlineexperimental group mean-score was 12.37±3.34 and in the wait-list newlinecontrol group was 15.18±2.61 with mean-difference of 2.81 with newlinecalculated value t=4.645, df=96, p=0.001 was highly-significant. With newlineregard to anxiety between patients type 2 diabetic patients in the newlineexperimental group mean-score was 13.47±2.99 and in the wait-list newlinecontrol group was 17.53±2.93 with mean-difference of 4.06 with newlinecalculated value t=6.778, df=96, p=0.001 was highly-significant. newlineRegarding stress between patients type 2 diabetic patients in the newlineexperimental group mean-score was 16.0±3.50 and in the wait-list newlineix newlinecontrol group was 18.98±2.43 with mean-difference of 2.98 with newlinecalculated value t=4.891, df=96, p=0.001 was highly-significant. As per newlineexperimental group mean-score was 59.80±8.69 and in
