High precession Jig boring machining process is one of the frequently used machining operations in the field of construction and manufacturing metal removing with high precision accuracy lead this boring process one of the important operations in the field of manufacturing. This operation faces huge challenges for good quality and demand for good quality machining is increasing gradually, so it is necessary to improve the processes in the machining process of this field. This work provides an optimal setting parameter and responses of the Jig Machining Process and identifies key process parameters as well as get optimal responses, Comprehensive analysis is presented with the application of the Taguchi based grey relation analysis, experimental design method. A large-scale systematic plan of the experiment was selected and the experiments were carried out to investigate the consequences of process parameters on the output parameters e.g. surface roughness, MRR and cutting vertical force. newlineTo investigate the effect of cutting parameters on the vertical force, surface roughness and material removing rate in boring operation experimental run are conducted for online data acquisition. Taguchi based L9 and L27 orthogonal array is designed for Experimental run. L9 design of experiments was prepared with four-factor parameters each with three levels, these parameters are, Feed rate (mm/rev), depth of cut(mm), speed (rpm) and material property (MPa). Primarily Taguchi method has been used to optimize the boring parameters and grey relation analysis is used to convert this multi-objective function into a single function, to obtain the desired optimized optimal value of the parameter. later with different input data again boring operation is investigate on the output parameters. GRA predicts the optimum effect of input parameter over output, to examine this S/N analysis is done. In the second design of work, AISI 1040 grade steel has been used as a workpiece and experimental design of three-factor with three responses has be
