Partial Purification of Extracellular Lipoprotein Lipase ELPL obtained from Lysinibacillus fusiformis L 52 bacteria isolated from Dairy Industry Wastes and its Applications

Abstract

In the present situation, the effluents released from the industries cause a newlinemajor problem to the environment. Even though dairy industries produce many newlineeconomically useful products, the effluents released from these industries cause newlinepotential damage to the environment, thus it is very essential to recycle the newlineeffluents. Recycling leads to the development of products that are economically newlinebeneficial to society. Among those economically important products, enzymes newlineare the most important due to their wide industrial applications. With respect to newlinewide range of applications in industries, the mechanism of enzyme action newlinediverges in synthesis, inter-esterification reactions, and ester hydrolysis.
