The present study consisted of four phases, namely, Identification Phase, Selection newlinePhase, Implementation Phase and Assertion Phase. During the identification phase, newlinethe research samples were identified. About 122 second and third-year students of the newlineengineering stream, who were afraid to speak and write in English were identified as newlineresearch samples. The students were randomly divided into control and experimental newlinegroups, with 61 students in each group. The research samples communication and newlinewriting apprehension problems were identified and confirmed through Personal Report newlineof Communication Apprehension (PRCA-24) and Writing Apprehension Test (WAT- newline20). newlineDuring the selection phase, employability skills such as presentation skill, newlineconversational skill, teamwork skill, interview skill, writing skill and the NLP newlinetechniques were selected. The rubrics, based on Bloom Taxonomy s Affective Domain, newlinewere used to assess the levels of the research samples employability skills through newlinepre-tests. Then, the experimental group was offered NLP training, and the control newlinegroup attended regular classroom training. During the implementation phase, the newlineemployability skills of the experimental group of students were enhanced through the newlineimplementation of the selected NLP techniques. At the end of the training, the levels newlineof the research samples employability skills were assessed through post-tests based newlineon the same rubrics. The variations in their communication and writing apprehension newlinelevels were assessed before and after the training using PRCA-24 and WAT-20. newlineDuring the assertion phase, the analysis of the data pertinent to the employability newlineskills and communication and writing apprehension was completed through the newlineANOVA test using SPSS software. It was interpreted that the levels of the employability newlineskills of the experimental group of students were higher than that of the control group newlineof students and the communication and writing apprehension levels of the experimental newlinegroup of students were lower than that of the contro
