M plays a significant and omnipresent role in selecting best alternative based on the evaluation information. Since decision-making problems are becoming more complex due to lack of sufficient information, most of the data associated with MCDM and MCGDM are becoming enormously complex and possibilistically uncertain. To handle such uncertain phenomena, In 1965, Zadeh [55] proposed the concept of fuzzy sets theory, which used the function of membership degree to convey decision making information rather than crisp 0 1 results. This theory, on the other hand, was able to establish itself as a research topic, with thousands of scientists studying it in both theoretical and practical aspects all over the world. Bellman and Zadeh [2] initially surveyed the decision making issues by utilizing the fuzzy sets theory, and they also initiated the fuzzy MCDM method in decision science. Chang et al. [4] developed the MCDM method in fuzzy environment to identify the most suitable site near the US Mexico borderlands based on fuzzy data given by regional experts. After there, a large number of research works have been performed using fuzzy sets and their extensions, viz., type-2 fuzzy set [56], interval-valued fuzzy set [40], type-and#119899; fuzzy set [35] and like the same. newline
