quotFor micro-level analysis of stress level drive, with the use of a primary survey, newlinethe researcher has attempted to explore and analyze the stress level, causes newlineof stress, stress-reducing techniques, the relationship between undergraduate newlineand post-graduate students stress level, the relationship between professional newlineand non-professional courses students stress level among government newlineuniversity of Gujarat region. To know the association of demographic profile newlinewith stress level among Government university students, to identify the newlinerelationship between demographic profile with causes of stress, and also newlineidentify the relationship between demographic profile and stress-reducing newlinetechniques among Government university students of Gujarat region. newlineThis research is based on both primary and secondary data collection and newlineanalysis. Primary data was collected from the respondents who studied at the newlineGovernment University of Gujarat region. The primary was data collected newlinethrough a structured questionnaire prepared in the English language and the newlinelocal language Gujarati, which included four parts demographic profile, newlinecauses of stress, stress-reducing techniques, and level of stress. newlineRespondents between 15 to above 23 years old and studied at the newlineGovernment University of Gujarat region. Hence, data was collected from newlinerespondents who studied in the Arts, Science, Commerce, and Management newlinestream. newlineFrequency analysis is used to study the demographic profiles of respondents newlineusing SPSS 25. With the help of SPSS 25, a reliability test has been newlineperformed on Likert Scale questions. For the attitudinal scale used in the newlinequestionnaire, the Cronbach Alpha value was 0.875. Thus, the research newlineinstrument used was considered reliable. newlineThe study s outcome shows that 188 respondents found a lower level of newlinestress and 812 respondents found a higher level of stress.
