Abstract
ABSTRACT
newlineDigitalization of corporate world leads to the advent of ICT (Information,
newlineCommunication and Technology) tools for ubiquitous computing. Things/Devices
newlineconnected over internet with wired/wireless is Internet of Things (IOT) building a
newlinepath for ubiquitous computing. The heart of IOT is Wireless sensor networks which
newlinecomprising of energy constrained devices. WSN are implanted in IOT for sensing the

newlineWireless Sensor Network (WSN) are constrained devices with limited energy
newlineresources, finite bandwidth and less computational capabilities connected in a
newlinenetwork. Routing have relative importance in energy minimization in WSN for Low
newlinePower Lossy Networks. The IETF has proposed RPL a routing protocol for LLN
newlineusing IPv6 for exponential increase of devices.
newlineAs per IETF draft the de-facto parameters of RPL routing protocol for IOT
