Channel Assignment technique gives much intervention in the wireless mesh network, that results in overlapping and decrease the network performance. The utilization of the complete spectrum in the mesh network is much less for enhanced traffic conditions. This thesis explains the enhanced traffic aware channel assignment protocol for mesh networks and shows reduced total network interference. In proposed ETCA protocol shows energy consumption is 0.035 kWh / day and throughput is 180 kbps and compares other existing protocols is proved. This thesis explains the Monkey Tree Search problem for solving complex problems in wireless mesh networks such as path diversity, multipath routing, channel estimation, and channel assignment. A special effective route discovery mechanism is proposed to address the above problems. Along with the above-proposed algorithm. PRC-CA (Fauna inspired computing model) to achieve efficient multipath routing in multiradio multichannel in the largest interference constant network topology. All possible routing path information using PRC-CA with multi scheduling and fairness index maintaining the high quality of QOS. Thus the data transmission is ensured with no contention and dynamically channel assignment in a multi traffic environment is solved. Hence, link state analysis is analyzed with different average packet intervals and load analysis with the packet delivery ratio and End to End delay. Both traffic and link analysis are simulated and analyzed by the proposed approach. PRC-CA outperforms existing routing and channel approaches and minimizes the total interference and maximizes QoS in the multi-radio environmeFinally, the RS method is tested on the data in the bio wireless network. A case example of a bio wireless network is considered for performance analysis. To find the best performance like network lifetime improvement, high throughput, low path loss ratio with reducing energy or power consumption and improved battery life source. This thesis analyzes the performance of the he
