Food means to survival and play very important role in everyone life. Organic food means which are grown without the application of synthetic fertilizers and without using genetically modified organisms. Ever since the environmentalists raised their apprehension regarding harmful effect of increasing use of chemicals in farming. The Customers are getting conscious and relective about edible products. This increasing awareness has caused shifts in Customers tastes and preferences which have led to the domestic as well as global rise in demand for orgnic products. Awareness and knowledge has become a crucial factor in changing the attitude and behaviour of customers towards organic foods, which in turn drives the growth in the organic food markets. Customers surveys indicate that the public is concerned about the awareness of the organic food products and safety of the produce that they are purchase in stores due to possible pesticide contamination. It also requires organic certification because the organic food industry is relatively small and new In order to better protect the Customer organic certification programme were created in many parts of the world to develop a label for organic food. An organic certification label makes a claim as to the production process used to grow a crop but the label makes no claims concerning either the quality or the chemical compostion of the product itself. Thus an organic label does not laim that a particular product is more nutritious, pesticide free or twastier it only indicates that the product was grown following a defined set of organic practices as certified by an accredited state, federal, or international certifying agency This study focuses on custmers organic food products. Consumption and low socio-economic variables relate to customers decision making concerning the purchase of organic foods. It is analysed by partial least squares structural. Equation model (PLS-SEM) Regression analysis, ANOVA and T-Test was performed to analyse the behaviour
