Abstract

Towards Expert System for Enhancing the Services in Cloud Computing is our extensive effort in the world of computing. Research never comes to an End. Our research on the topic Towards Expert Systems for Enhancing the Quality of Services in Cloud Computing has brought a new smell in the world of Technology. In our research we have diverted the path and provided a better substitute for the security, reliability, availability and speed in the technology. Looking to the technologies we find various applications and applets. Each has its own importance. Their flexibility and usefulness have attracted many users. Application provides user a way of storing their data by uploading or entering data online or offline. These data are being saved on server. The server is being handled by the owner of the service provider. User once enters his data on the other system which is in other way global and in the hand of other person. The main firm who is responsible for the security, reliability, availability and speed in Cloud Computing is the Human Brain. People who are the entrepreneur or developer of the Cloud decide the authentication level and the features provided to the user. The abstraction of the technology entirely relies on the developer of the Cloud. As a result the user has to compromise to some extend and he has to make himself addicted to the Cloud Application provided to him. newlineIn our research we have proposed an alternative to these problems. Instead of any human brain we have left the security decisions and the authentication part on Expert Systems. As a result we get a technology that has better availability of resources, more reliable technology, high security and less time taking. newline
