The pressing need for sustainable and high-performance materials in modern newlineindustrial applications, particularly in the automotive sector, has driven significant newlineinterest in the development of metal matrix composites (MMCs). While extensive newlineresearch has been conducted on reinforcing aluminum alloys, particularly ADC 12, newlinewith various materials, there remains a notable gap in the comprehensive study of newlinesustainable waste-based reinforcements, especially when used in a hybridized form. newlineAdditionally, conventional casting processes, though widely adopted, often fail to newlineoptimize the distribution of these reinforcements, leading to suboptimal mechanical newlineproperties and inconsistent performance across the composite material. Addressing newlinethese dual challenges both material and manufacturing innovations this research newlineexplores the use of Lemon Grass Ash (LGA) and Marble Dust (MD), which are waste newlineproducts from agricultural and industrial sources, as reinforcements for ADC 12 alloy. newlineThe novelty of this study lies not only in utilizing these sustainable waste materials but newlinealso in their hybridization with hexagonal Boron Nitride (hBN) to create a composite newlinewith superior mechanical, tribological, and corrosion properties newline
