| dc.description.abstract | Now a days green synthesis for multicomponent reactions is a powerful tool for the newlineconstruction of five membered/six membered heterocyclic ring systems. The synthesis of newlineregio and stereoselective complex architectural motifs following 1,3 dipolar cycloaddition newlinereactions via ecofriendly methods are well reported. The synthesis of pyrrolidine/piperidine newlinebased heterocycles has been the center of attraction because of their pronounced biological newlineactivities. Apart from that spiro-oxindole-pyrrolidinyl moiety is the central skeleton of newlinenumerous alkaloids such as horsifine, spirotryprostatine A and B, pteropodine, newlineisopteropodine etc. with interesting biological activities. These are some important structural newlinemotifs which acts as a potent nonpeptide inhibitor of the p53-MDM2 interaction. Gelsemine newlineII newlineis a complex alkaloid that is arguably the most known natural product spirooxindole and the newlineone that has been synthesized by numerous groups using various strategies. Spirotryprostatins newlineA and B have been shown to completely inhibit the G2/M progression of cell division in newlinemammalian tsFT210 cells. MI-219 is an orally active inhibitor of the interaction between the newlinetumor suppressor p53 and the E3 ubiquitinligase MDM2. newline | |
