By employing the SPSS version 25 quantitative data were analyzed. Descriptive newlinestatistics and as well as inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation and multiple linear newlineregression were computed. newlineTheories like POS, RBV, and SET were utilized to describe and develop the hypothesis that newlinedemonstrates the potential relationship between SM practices and OC as well as its components. newlineThe hypothesized causal relationship between SM practices and OC and its components was newlinetested using multiple linear regression analysis. newlineQuantitative and qualitative results reveal that both administrators and faculties were supportive newlineof SM adoption and deployment. Further, the results demonstrate the SM practices in place. newlineHowever, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation were received less attention compared newlineto env
