| dc.description.abstract | In today s ever-changing business environment, organizations face the newlinechallenge of change management as a tough but imperative activity that will help them newlinerespond effectively to technological, market, and cultural changes. The focus of this study newlineis on the IT sector as it is characterized by fast development and tough competition that newlinerequire effective strategies to be able to execute and maintain organizational changes. The newlineresearch seeks to investigate the success of change management projects in terms of newlineleadership, employee engagement, communication, and resources, as well as some newlinechallenges such as resistance, stress, and uncertainty that come with transitions. newlineSTUDY DESIGN /METHODOLOGY newlineThe study is based on an extensive research design. Primary data was newlinegathered by the use of pre-structured and self-administered questionnaires to employees newlineof IT firms but using the Exponential Non-Discriminative Snowball Sampling technique, newlineout of which 524 were found useable. Secondary data was obtained from previous studies, newlinemarket analysis, and change management theory.
