Knowledge of proteomics is a prerequisite for the apprehension of biological newlineprocesses. In a highly susceptible life science area like newlinebioinformatics, having access to a large amount of data is beneficial for more precise newlineanalytics. newlineBioinformatics tools help in the comparison, analysis, and interpretation of genetic newlineand genomic data, as well as in understanding the evolutionary aspects. Protein Data newlineAnalytics (PDA) is the process of identification and understanding of protein newlinesequences, functional, similarity evaluation between the protein, and analysis of newlineprotein interaction network. This knowledge will aid scientists and researchers in their newlineunderstanding of protein structure, which can then be applied to the production of newlinesupplements and molecular functions that characterize life with the dry lab to wet lab newlineevident. newlineThe thesis presents a framework for the analysis of protein sequences, protein newlineinteraction networks, protein functional associations and gene ontology terms.
