Many researchers of the recent era have involved themselves in the heat transfer of hybrid newlinenanofluids due to their enormous applications in the production of polymer sheets, newlineaerodynamic extruders, metal spinning, glass blowing, condensation of metallic plates, newlineand so on. The suspension of two or more nanometer-sized (less than 100 nm) metallic newlineor non-metallic particles in a base fluid is referred to as hybrid nanofluid. The research newlineof the early nineteenth century proved that metallic oxides like Copper, Aluminum oxide, newlineSilver, Titanium oxide, single-walled and multi-walled Carbon nanotubes when newlinemixed up with the base fluid like water, engine oil, ethylene glycol, etc., uplift the newlinethermo-physical characteristics. In particular, the thermal conductivity is enhanced to newlinea great extent and this phenomenon is applicable in automobile manufacturing, solar newlinecollectors, nuclear reactors, industrial cooling, bio-sensing, etc., The current model employs newlineforced convective flow of Casson hybrid nanofluid with variable viscosity and newlinethermal conductivity in conjunction with temperature-sensitive non-Newtonian base newlinefluid. With appropriate non-similar transformations, the governing partial differential newlineequations are presented in dimensionless form. The coupled non-linear partial differential newlineequations are subjected to the Quasilinearization technique, combined with the newlineimplicit finite difference scheme. The solutions of the system of linearized equations newlineare obtained using iterative Varga s algorithm. Velocity, temperature, concentration, newlineskin friction, heat transfer, and mass transfer coefficient profiles are plotted for varying newlinevalues of dimensionless parameters like Eckert number (Ec), Casson parameter and#946; newlineReynold s number (Re), Richardson s number (Ri), magnetic parameter, etc., and the newlinephysical interpretations about the parameters are briefly discussed in the results and newlinediscussion section. newline
