Effective methodologies for enhancement of web service in Distributed environment

Abstract

The main objective of this research work is to improve the effective newlinehandling of Web requests in distributed environment through the newlineenhancement of services such as differentiated services at the application newlinelevel load balancing and real time scheduling All methodologies have been newlineused at the server side to enhance the value of distributed environment newlineservices Scheduling Load balancing and Heterogeneity are the crucial issues newlinein the performance of Web applications in distributed environment newlineTCP connection management mechanisms at application level for newlineWeb servers provide two different levels of Web services namely member newlineand non member services by setting different holding times for the services newlineThe incoming requests are differentiated using IP address that are stored in newlinethe database at the server and later authenticated by the Web server The newlineproposed approach starts user level differentiation ahead of entering the newlinerequests into the server log and assigns appropriate holding times to every newlineclient immediately after establishing a TCP connection newline newline
