Identification of Biomarkers and Drug Targets in Human Cancers

Abstract

Present study aims to identify biomarkers and probable drug target in human cancers (liver, newlinecolorectal, breast and cervical cancer). Two database were created one for colorectal cancer newlineresponsive genes termed as CoReCG (Colorectal Cancer Genes Database) and other one is for newlinemiRNAs reported in colorectal cancer called miCoRe (miRNAs in Colorectal Cancer). Another newlinerepository of cancer biomarkers and drug targets known as CMD (Cancer Markers and Drug newlineTarget Database) is created which has online search tool to search the biomarkers and drug newlinetarget reported till date with their literature information.
