Abstract
Agriculture is the major important economic activity in the world. It is the
newlineprincipal enterprises of human kind through most of recorded history, employs 45 percent
newlineof the working population. In some parts of Asia and Africa, over 80 percent of labour
newlineforce is engaged in agriculture. India economic security continues to predict upon the
newlineagriculture sector and its situation is not likely to change in foreseeable future. Even now,
newlineagriculture supports 58% of population, as against 75% of the time of independence.
newlineNatural resource base of agriculture, which provides for sustainable production is
newlinesinking, which affecting the production capacity. Thus an urgent need is to identify
newlineseverity of problem confronting agriculture sector especially the farmers. India produces
newline51 major crops, that were classified into plantation crop, food crop, cash crop and
newlinehorticultural crops. There are many kinds of agricultural products produce in India. The
newlineproduction of agriculture product, finance and marketing them are one of the challenges
newlinein agricultural sector for the farmers. At the point of producer to consumer the
newlineagricultural products has several complexity. Government has been providing subsides,
newlineseveral measurement in agriculture sector to assist the farmer. But the farmers were not
newlinegetting their fair price for the produce and the farmer s livelihood status is in stack in this
newlineenvironment. The researchers took up this study focusing on the factors influencing the
newlineproduction, marketing and financial management constrains that has been confronting
newlinefarmers in Cauvery Delta. The study also suggests the different strategies that can be used
newlineto make it easier for farmers to obtain maximum profit from the agricultural products.
newlineBased on the previous literatures survey all the study factors that discussed regards to
newlineagricultural determined based on the individual factors, i.e. (Production, finance and marketing).
