Abstract

Private University libraries of the Malwa-Mewar region are making an earnest effort for the management of the library s collection and service. Their services implement with technology in their day to day activities. But, due to various reasons the Libraries of Private University of Malwa-Mewar region are lagging behind in many areas for balancing the growth and development. Private university libraries professionals are facing problems of managing the libraries and information centers even after implementing IT. Therefore, the main purpose of the study is to analyze the core issues which are directly or indirectly related to the growth and development of the Private university libraries of Malwa-Mewar region. The purpose of the study is to find out the status and the factor of growth and development of the libraries in the private university of Malwa-Mewar. The purpose of the private university libraries must be clear to professionals so that balanced growth exists in the libraries from time to time. The present study entitled Growth and Development of Private University Libraries of Malwa-Mewar-region divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes the overall introduction of the study and also gives a brief account of the need of the study, the objectives, scope and limitations and methodology adopted. The second chapter highlights the review of literature in which research review the available literature regarding the topic for this review researcher used various sources of the study. The books, research article, thesis, reports and website etc. In the third chapter, research describes the methodology adopted to conduct this study researcher presented background related to various types of research. Further the highlight the sample size of the present study and give a brief note an adapted analytical scale. In four chapters researcher analyzed the data and Interpretation to present the output of data. The researcher used MS-excel for data analysis.
