For many years, biological scientists have been interested in the mechanical newlinecharacteristics of bone. Thus, from the standpoint of materials science, knowing the mechanical newlinecharacteristics of bone becomes critical in order to build a synthetic bone substitute with load newlinebearing capabilities. Knowing the mechanical characteristics of bone also allows for newlinedevelopment of more realistic models for the examination of implants and potential bonereplacement materials. The current study focuses on examining mechanical properties (loading newlineunder static and dynamic compressive) and composition properties of cortical bone. This study newlineholds significance in both clinical and engineering domains as it contributes to the advancement newlineof improved implantation techniques and enhances our comprehension of age impact, treatment newlinedrug, and diseases on behaviour of bone. The investigation specifically conducted on a bovine newlinebone extracted between 24 to 36 months aged young bovine. newlineBone is a complex material with a hierarchical structure that exhibits variability and newlineanisotropy from the micro to the macroscale. To understand the locational and orientational newlinevariability in mechanical properties (under compressive static and dynamic loading) and newlinecomposition parameters, the entire diaphysis of bone length is divided into three distinct parts: newlinelower, middle, and upper diaphysis, as well as two orientations, longitudinal (load applied newlinealong bone s long axis) and (load applied along bone s perpendicular direction to long axis). newlineThe shear modulus of diaphysis of bone has also been found to vary for diffe newline
