Pharmacogenomics And Microrna Regulated Networks In Psoriasis

Abstract

In the era of post-genomics, computational analysis of newlinepharmacogenomics and microRNA regulated networks in autoimmune newlinediseases like psoriasis is a challenging task to execute. In this newlinedissertation, I have approached the challenge on the basis of newlinecomputational approaches namely Top-down: miRNA based associated newlineregulation; Bottom-up: miRNA based expressed and co expressed newlineregulation; Direct: miRNA based Pharmacogenomic regulation and newlineIndirect: miRNA based pharmacovarient regulation to identify newlinemiRNA as a potential biomarker for treating psoriasis in future. Overall newlineanalysis of the above mentioned approaches, it was identified that the newlinemiRNA, hsa-miR-125a-3p was highly compatible with a maximum level newlineof potency to regulate the mechanisms involved in the development of newlinepsoriasis on the basis of binding free energy and it can be utilized as a newlinepotential biomarker in future.
