Abstract
Micro strip patch antenna plays an important role in modern communication
newlinesystems and hence drag an important attention of researcher with the development of
newlinemodern Fabrication Techniques at present it opens a wide door for development of
newlinewideband antennas for Radio frequency and microwave applications, this dissertation
newlinepresents different patch Antennas based on different lumped parameters and meta
newlinematerial Design such as split Ring Resonator, Inter Digital Capacitance meandered lines
newlineetc. As we know that the radiation of Antenna depends upon the electrical length rather
newlinethan physical length these kind of optimization in physical/electrical Length mostly
newlinesuffers deprived VSWR, Poor Radiation Resistance along with other feeding hurdles.
newlineThe wave length of Radiating signal is one of the most important factor which changes
newlinethe electrical length of any micro strip structure the Electrical length can also be
newlinecontrolled by using various lumped parameters. This dissertation consists of a different
newlinepatch Antenna s for lower and higher frequency response. The designing of proposed
newlineAntenna is explained in 2 sections.
newlineFirst one is based on inter digital capacitance Quasi Lumped Parameters for
newlinefrequency range of 1to 6GHZ.
newlineIn this sections we present 5 Antennas and obtained the effect of Increasing
newlinefingers in an inter digital capacitance along with Quasi Lumped Parameters such as
newlineprinted Inductor and Pad capacitance with varying Vertical and Horizontal slots here we
newlineobserve that with in increasing the number of fingers the gain of antenna improves by
newline12.5% on the other hand the dual inter digital capacitance and pad capacitance is very
newlineuseful for obtaining multiband operations and finally introduction of inductance slot of
newlinevarying dimension improve the gain by 149.18% for a Radiating frequency 5.6 GHZ
newlinealong with multiband applications.
