Abstract

The present study titled A Study on Determinants Plays Important Role in B2B Buyer Seller Relationship explores the critical factors that shape, influence, and sustain business-to-business (B2B) relationships within the contemporary commercial landscape. In an era characterized by global competition, digital transformation, and evolving buyer expectations, the ability of firms to cultivate robust, trust-based relationships has become a decisive determinant of long-term success. This research investigates the multidimensional elements that drive effective buyer seller interactions such as trust, communication quality, commitment, perceived value, and technological integration and assesses their collective impact on business performance, customer retention, and organizational sustainability. newline newlineThe study integrates both theoretical and empirical frameworks to examine the evolving dynamics of B2B engagement, particularly in the context of direct selling and network-driven marketing systems. It also underscores how strategic relationship marketing, branding initiatives, and digital innovations like CRM systems and AI analytics have transformed conventional business exchanges into value driven partnerships. The findings indicate that companies emphasizing mutual growth, transparent communication, and personalized engagement tend to achieve higher satisfaction levels, stronger loyalty, and sustained profitability. newline newlineA mixed-method approach was employed, combining primary data collection through structured questionnaires with secondary data analysis drawn from industry reports and academic literature. The statistical tools used such as chi-square tests, correlation analysis, and regression models validated the hypotheses concerning the influence of relational and behavioral determinants on B2B success. The results reveal that digital tools and hybrid sales models have strengthened buyer seller connectivity, regulatory ambiguity and inadequate adaptation to technological change remain persistent challenges. newline
