Abstract
Acceptance warming innovation is a high recurrence warming
newlinestrategy in the field of cooking. The essential guideline behind the
newlineinnovation is faradays law of electromagnetic induction. The centre of
newlineattention towards the Induction heating technology is safety, cleanliness,
newlineuniform distribution of heat, reliable and compactness. The power
newlineconverter circuit employed with AC-DC-AC or AC-AC which produces
newlinehigh frequency output. Single stage AC-AC series resonant converter is
newlinesimulated with full bridge and half bridge topology. First and foremost
newlinethe simulation of the Single stage half bridge AC-AC series resonant
newlineconverter topology with pulse density modulation was carried out using
newlineMATLAB Simulink. Secondly the full bridge topology is simulated and
newlinethe results are interpreted .A new 28 kHz, 610W Single stage half bridge
newlineAC-AC series resonant converter for IH technology is suggested for
newlineimplementation.
newlineThe coil resistance variation was simulated and outcomes got
newlineare organized and looked at. With the outcomes got in the reproduction
newlinea model for the acceptance cooking framework was created and the
newlinevarieties in the temperature concerning time are arranged for approval.
newlineFurther to visualize the electromagnetic parameters of the coil a virtual
newlineinduction cooking model was designed. Magnetic flux density of the
newlinecoil, current density, intensity, solid loss, and winding loss is the
newlineparameters visualized for induction coil. The cook top material,
newlinethickness size and the quantity of the material affects the coil
newlineperformance. To analyze the performance of the induction coil FEA was
newlinecarried out using simulation platform EMWorks. Number of iterations
newlinevi
newlinewas carried out to get the satisfactory results. Various results are
newlinepresented in the thesis to observe the changes in IH coil.
newlineHere a 28 kHz, 15A, 610W high frequency single stage half
newlinebridge AC-AC series resonant converter with the specified coil
newlineparameters is developed and its performances are validated with the
newlinenumber of iteration in the developed virtual model. Thus the ef
