Abstract
newline As we all know that our Indian Constitution has three pillars for effective governance of our
newlineCountry. They are the Legislature, the Executive and the Judiciary. The main object of the
newline Legislature is to enact laws for regulating the people for their upliftment. The Executive is
newlineanother pillar to execute those enacted laws by taking it to the doorsteps of the people, for their
newlinewelfare. The judiciary is yet another strong pillar to check upon both the Legislatures and the
newlineExecutives. That is the reason, the Supreme Court of India, being the Apex body in the Judicial
newlineInstitution is called as The Custodian of the Constitution
