dc.description.abstractFuel cells are one of the most promising, environment-friendly and efficient newlinemeans for generation of electricity to meet the future energy requirements. For more newlinethan a decade, there has been research going on to develop fuel cell technology such newlinethat it replaces the conventional fossil energy system. The fuel cells convert by newlineelectrochemical reaction the chemical energy of the reactants into electrical energy newlinedirectly. They operate at a high temperature typically between 800ºC and 1000ºC. newline
