Inverter plays a major role in renewable energy applications such as newlinesolar, fuel cell, biomass etc. Nowadays, solar energy is a major source for newlineelectric power generation and its output is DC voltage. Hence, inverters are newlinerequired to connect the PV cell to grid. VSI inverters are mainly used in solar newlineapplications to connect PV panel in to AC grid. But two- level inverter has a newlinedisadvantage such as more Total Harmonic Distortions (THD) in output newlinevoltage waveforms. In the recent times, researchers focus on developing newlinemultilevel inverters to reduce the THD of output voltage. In general, newlinemultilevel inverters are widely used for medium voltage and high-power newlineapplications. However, the application is limited due to the need for more newlinenumber of switches, diodes and the system complexity. A more number of newlineswitches is required to enhance the performance of multilevel inverters. newlineConventional Neutral-Point Clamped (NPC) three-level inverter needs twelve newlineswitches to control a single three-phase load. As a reduced switch count newlinetopology, nine switch three- level inverter can also be used to control single newlinethree phase load ,it still gives three level output. newlineIn general, diode clamped multilevel inverter needs 24 switches to newlinecontrol dual output. In this research, it has been reduced to 15 switches and 12 newlineswitches by sharing the middle switches of inverter topology. In this research, newlineto minimize the THD of two-level six switch dual inverter and to reduce the newlineswitch count of three-level diode clamped multi-level inverter, a hybrid newlinetopology is proposed. The proposed topology is developed and it needs twelve newlineswitches to control dual loads instead of fifteen switches. In this Dual inverter newlinetopology, a minimum number of switches is proposed to control dual load. It newlinereduces inverter cost, switching power loss, weight, and space occupation and newlinedriver circuits. newline
