newlineIn this chapter, all the attempted methods to synthesize the 2-amino-6-(1,4-dioxo-3,4- dihydrophthalazin-2(1H)-yl)-4-phenyl-4H-pyran-3,5-dicarbonitriles were explained in detail. Successfully developed a simple one pot for synthesis of novel 2-amino-6-(1,4-dioxo-3,4- dihydrophthalazin-2(1H)-yl)-4-phenyl-4H-pyran-3,5-dicarbonitrile with simple work up procedures in green methods. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and Mass spectral data.

newlineIn this chapter, a variety of 1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-c]quinazoline derivatives were synthesized in an efficient manner and the compounds were well characterized by spectroscopic methods. The

newlineIn this chapter, Green synthetic methods have been developed for the synthesis of benzazole phthalimides in PEG-600 through step wise fashion and tandem reaction with good yields. In additional, the synthesized compounds were subjected for molecular docking and the results revealed that the molecules exhibited good binding affinity towards tubulin protein which indicates their anti-mitotic nature. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and Mass spectroscopy.
