Endodontically treated teeth are subjected to loss of structural integrity. Increased newlinecuspal deflection is caused by loss of tooth structure due to caries, access cavity newlinepreparations. During function this might lead to fractures. Complete crown preparations newlineleads to loss of pericervical dentin. With the use of bonded restorations the pericervical newlinedentin can be preserved, which leads to conservation of tooth structure, improved newlineresistance to fracture, reduced microleakage and bacterial contamination. newlineAim newlineThe aim of this study is to assess the clinical performance of fiber reinforced composite newlineand low-viscosity bulk fill composite in class II access cavities of endodontically treated newlineteeth. newlineMaterials and Methods newlineIn a prospective randomized clinical trial, 58 patients were selected with ages between newline18 to 60 years according to inclusion and exclusion criteria and demographic details newlinewere collected. Based on block randomisation patients were divided into two newlinegroups Group I : Ever X Posterior (EXP) and Filtek Z350 XT and Group II : SDR newlineFlow+ (SDR) and Filtek Z350 XT. In Group I and Group II endodontic therapy was newlinedone following the standard treatment protocol as per AAE guidlines using Protaper newlineGold rotary files. Post-endodontic restoration was done using EXP and Filtek Z350 XT newlinein Group A samples and SDR and Filtek Z350 XT in Group B samples. The samples newlinewere evaluated using modified USPHS criteria at baseline, 6 and 12 months. The data newlinewas tabulated and statistical analysis of data was done using IBM SPSS software newline
