The protocol of the study was newlineapproved by the Scientific Review Board and it conforms to the newlineprovisions of the declaration of Helsinki. newlineTissue samples were then obtained from the study subjects. newlineFollowing which the tissue was subjected to homogenization and newlinecentrifugation. The supernatant was collected and subjected to ELISA newlineanalysis to detect the concentration of RAGE. newlineRESULTS: newlineIn our study we have observed that the concentration of RAGEs was newlinefound to be more at various stages of OSMF (plt0.05), which was considered newlinestatistically significant.
