Abstract

Communicable diseases have been prevalent and affecting the newlinehealth of populations since very early times and remain to be a matter of newlineglobal concerns and also affect the mortality and morbidity rate. There is newlinedearth of knowledge on how the immune responses act against the pathogen. newlineConsideration of viral dynamics is essential for creating methodologies to newlineavoid and control disease. The objective of this research is to understand the dynamics in transmission of communicable diseases. Epidemic model analysis is a primary newlinetool which helps in eradicating the pervasive infection among the populations. newlineIt is a well-known fact that infection in the community cannot be controlled newlinecompletely due to limited availability of medical resources. The dissemination newlineof awareness about prevention, spread and treatment modalities of infectious newlinediseases through public media and health care workers is also an important newlinetool to control and restrain from the further infection. Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is an aggressive infection attacking people all over the world. It is almost 300 million persons get infected with chronic hepatitis B infection. It affects the liver of the human. This virus genetically originated of the family of Hepadnaviridae with newlinespecific qualities appearing as retroviruses.
