Purposive sampling method was employed. Evaluation of biochemical parameters like serum vitamin B12, thyroid profile, lipid profile, complete blood count, and Fasting blood glucose levels was done. All the samples were collected in morning. Selected physiological bodily parameters and psychological correlated were measured for all the study participants. Grip strength was measured using Jamar dynamometer, cardiovascular fitness via Fitness Index was calculated using modified Harvard step test. Psychological parameters like Depression, anxiety and stress was measured using DASS-21, fatigue levels was measured using multidimensional fatigue inventory (MFI). newlineFINDINGS: The present study found statistically significant relationship between vitamin B12 levels and there was inverse relationship observed between circulating levels of vitamin B12 and physiological parameters like grip strength, fitness index. In addition, similar results were seen between vitamin B12 and psychological correlates.
