In a Constitutional democracy, effective criminal justice administration is essential. The primary purpose of the criminal justice system should be to rehabilitate convicts. Psychosocial maladjustment can often be the fundamental cause of criminal behaviour. To prevent future offenses, it s crucial to prioritize correcting this maladjustment. Rehabilitation is based on the theory that adverse social conditions lead to criminal behaviour. As a result, the criminal has the moral right to seek support from society. newlineNecessary advocacy is essential for the abolition of the death penalty favouring cases of rehabilitation and life imprisonment. The death penalty is unethical in the 21st century and should be abolished. Essentially, it is a violation of human rights. Furthermore, the needful focus has been solely on the life execution as the ultimate punishment for criminals that neglect the restorative and rehabilitative components. The main focus is on the death penalty that ignores other issues in the criminal justice system, including inadequate investigation, crime prevention, and accused rights. newline newline
