To perform videostroboscopy post extubation or after newlinetracheostomy (post decannulation) to k now the vocal cord status. newline2.) To assess vocal fold parameters like symmetry, mucosal wave, newlineamplitude, periodicity, closure pattern, vocal fold mobility. newline3.) To perform flexible fibreoptic bronchoscopy post extubation or newlineafter tracheostomy (post decannulation) to know the subglottis newlinestatus. newline Voice analysis was done by assessing the Voice Handicap newlineIndex (VHI). newline
