Diabetes are prompted metabolic disorder related sugar metabolisms. Noteworthy, allopathic drugs are present to treat diabetes but due to overworked receptors, theirs tolerance and crosswise effects would not as effective. In present study selected plants Clitoria ternatea and Morus alba were dried and extracted by using soxhlet extraction methods. Further, extracted materials were standardized with qualitative analysis and phytochemical analysis. However, the potent chloroform extract of both plants were eluted by column chromatography with solvents petroleum ether to ethanol. Moreover, eluted fractions were identified and characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and Mass spectrum. Moreover, In-Vitro, In-Vivo, Ex-Vivo, In-Silico antidiabetic activity of isolated compounds were performed. Further, ADMET Study was performed by using pk-CSM and Pro-Tox software. newlineChloroform extract of roots of Clitoria ternatea and Morus alba were isolated kaempferol and morusflavone. However, isolated compounds shows prominent antidiabetic effects with significant results of In-Vitro, In-Vivo, Ex-Vivo and In-Silico. However, selected ligands were promptly fitted to pocket of PTP1B enzyme and depicted interaction as compared to standard. Moreover, the selected ligands were does not show cardiotoxicity, mutagenicity and carcinogenicity. newlineThis investigation suggested that isolated kaempferol and morusflavone have effective medicine for diabetes treatment. To evaluate the possible benefit for humans, more investigation is necessary. newlineKeyword: Clitoria ternatea, Morus alba, Column chromatography, Isolated compound, Antidiabetic, In-silico. newline
