Abstract

The study concentrates on the understanding of the heritage of Hyder Ali and Tipu Sultan which are the replica of the then social, cultural and artistrythat were predominant. Tipu Sultan built, rather rebuilt, the fort with many ingenuous military architectural techniques of those days.
