To Find The Correlation Between Anthropometric Variations On Resting Energy Expenditure VO2MAX And Anaerobic Capacity Of Young Healthy Individuals

Abstract

This comprehensive study investigates a total of 180 subjects both male and females with a mean age group of 23 07 2 46 years divided into three distinct groups I e underweight normal and overweight A B and C respectively each comprising 60 subjects analysing demographic characteristics blood pressure variations pulse pressure and other physiological parameters like resting energy expenditure vo2 max and anaerobic capacity Group A with a lower BMI and younger age contrasts with Group B and C showcasing unique profiles The analysis of blood pressure and pulse pressure reveals non significant differences Resting Energy Expenditure REE VO2MAX and Anaerobic Capacity analyses demonstrate significant distinctions among groups highlighting Group C s elevated REE and Group B s heightened Anaerobic Capacity Correlation analyses unveil complex relationships between BMI REE VO2MAX and Anaerobic Capacity within each group emphasizing nuanced physiological patterns newline
