dc.description.abstractquotThe high moisture content of fresh food products leads to rapid deterioration in newlinethe quality of the product because of the growth of microflora insect infestation newlineetc. traditional solar drying method of drying is a slow process and usual problems like dust contamination, insect infestation and spoilage due to unexpected rain occur often.Therefore, the selection of dryers for a particular application is basically a newlinedecision based on what is available and the broad use of different types of solar newlinedryers.The objective of this research work is to design and develop cost newlineCompetitive Cabinet type solar dryer using thermal energy storage and newlinestudy its performance on different area. Solar Drying of Ginger and Bitter newlineGourd has been done by Natural and forced convection mode with and newlinewithout Thermal Energy Storage Material.To Show the comparative Analysis between various modes of solar dryer newlineand find the efficiency of the solar dryer with different cases.This Solar Dryer has a minimal initial investment and is advantageous newlinefor part-time family income.quot newline
