In present world, today s women have come out of their houses and are contributing in every newlinesense and in all type of activities, which includes economic contribution as well. Previously women were only restricted to limited, and selected professions like education, office work, medical, nursing, etc. The reason behind that restriction may be the mindset, attitude, and conservative behavior of old society. However, now as the mindset of people and society newlinehave started changing and moving towards the modern, daring and risk-taking society, newlinewomen have started moving towards other different professions as well with the help and cooperative of modern society. This confidence among women is built by the educational system that is being received by the women of present time and most of them have started venturing into entrepreneurship. It is evident that the delay that have caused was because of various obstacles in the life of women that may be family responsibilities as a homemaker, motherhood, taking care of adults, etc. Women who are technically sound and intelligent, those who are professionally qualified must be given support and motivation by the society so that they can start their business and enter into the world of entrepreneurship. Due to lack of newlinemotivation and support from family and society, women were hesitating to enter into newlineentrepreneurship as compared to men. Motivation and support from the closed ones directly or indirectly encouraged women to become a professional and start their businesses. Some of the major factors that encouraged women are educational level, size of family, role patterns, age etc. Some of the internal factors are need for achievement, self-confidence, risk-taking capacity. The external factors affecting women are economic factors, socio cultural factors etc. All these factors have made significant and positive effect on women entrepreneurs. For women, it is important that they have some identity in the society; many of them do not even care about their identity or position.
