Accordingly, the coffee production newlineefficiency scores and its determining factors, the coffee value chain and newlinehousehold determinant factors of coffee market supply analyses were newlineconducted. The investigation was conducted for the smallholder coffee newlinefarmers and traders in the sampled six kebeles of Dilla-zuria and newlineYirgacheffee districts in the Gedeo zone. Primary data were mainly newlinecomposed of 265 sampled smallholder coffee farmer households based on newlinemulti-stage sampling techniques and 38 coffee traders using a semistructured newlinequestionnaire. Furthermore, the coffee production and cost newlinefunctions and estimation of technical efficiency, allocative efficiency and newlineeconomic efficiency indexes were conducted via the stochastic frontier newlinemethod.quot newline
