dc.description.abstractThis research stands out for its innovative strategy in tackling the complex challenges associated with Itraconazole (ITZ) and Voriconazole (VCZ) formulations by focusing on the preparation of ITZ and VCZ cocrystals, with ITZ cocrystals being synthesized using three different methods: the kneading technique, solvent drop grinding, and microwave-assisted cocrystallization. For VCZ, the cocrystals are exclusively developed through the microwave-assisted cocrystallization approach. Consequently, this present investigation focuses on the development of ITZ and VCZ cocrystals to address the critical challenges associated with their poor physicochemical properties. Additionally, this study not only aimed to enhance the physical and chemical properties of ITZ and VCZ, such as solubility and rate of dissand#959;and#406;ution, but also focuses on stability, thereby ensuring that the improved physicochemical properties translate into enhanced therapeutic potential. newline
