Abstract
In the present study the researcher has used primary data and secondary data for
newlinethe purpose of research work. Primary data collected from 400 sample questionnaires. It
newlineis near about 10% of the total universe. Probability cluster sampling method is used for
newlinethe purpose of primary data collection. The primary data collected from Aurangabad
newlinedistrict Commissioner of police office, Superintendent of Police office and all Police
newlinestations of Aurangabad district. The researcher has chosen the respondent only class
newlinethree posts such as Police Constable (PC), Police Naik (PN), Head Constable (HC) and
newlineAssistant Sub Inspector (ASI). The secondary data collected through the books, journals,
newlinethesis, research articles, booklet, newspapers and internet websites. Researcher has
newlinedecided the following objectives and hypothesis for the research work respectively:
newlineObjectives: 1) To study the problems of Aurangabad district police employees. 2) To
newlinestudy the factors of job satisfaction of Aurangabad district police employees. 3) To
newlinecontribute the research work for job satisfaction of police employees. 4) To study the
newlineamenities provided by the government. Hypothesis: 1) Police employees are not satisfied
newlinewith training provided by the department.2) Police employees are not satisfied with
newlinepromotion policies. 3) Police employees are not satisfied with the holidays given by the
newlinepolice department. 4) Police employees are satisfied with the powers and responsibilities
newlinegiven by the police department. 5) Police employees are not satisfied with salary. The
newlineentire research work divided in the following five chapters.
