Abstract
This research intends to map the relationship between the prakriti of the professionals and their performance in the organization. This relationship lays its ground on the fact that as per ayurveda

newlineFinance, Research and Development and Quality. This study follows a causal research design.

newlineit remains the same throughout their life, this is the independent variable and performance is the
newlinedependent variable .This is a study of relationship between these variables. These two variabl
