Abstract

Corporate Governance is the great importance for markets all around the world. This is because financial and economic development revolves around good corporate Governance practices. The primary focus of the study is on the way of handling corporate Governance issues in different Banking sector. Banks taken into consideration are SBI from public sector and ICICI bank from private sector.
