Synthesis and characterization of organic compounds containing quinoline and isoquinoline scaffolds as antituberculosis agents

Abstract

The thesis entitled Synthesis and Characterization of Organic Compounds Containing Quinoline and Isoquinoline Scaffolds as Antituberculosis Agents is divided into six chapters. The title of the thesis clearly reflects the objective. The work describes the synthesis newlineof quinoline and isoquinoline core containing derivatives and their spectral characterization. The synthesized compounds were subjected to in vitro antitubercular activity and in silico molecular docking studies.
