Friction Stir Welding (FSW) signifies a standard amendment in the newlinedomain of material joining, particularly in thermoplastics. Traditional welding newlinemodels, that rely predominantly in the melting of materials for joining, usually newlineface challenges like porosity, weak bonds, and other defects. On the contrary, newlineFSW uses a specialized rotating tool which generates frictional heat, softening newlineof plastics without melting them actually. This friction-induced softening newlinepermits plastic materials to be fused and mixed, thus resulting in higher-quality newlinejoints. The unique nature of this model is their capability to produce impeccable newlinejoints, lacking the typical challenges that are associated with the traditional newlinewelding process. newlineIn the era of modern manufacturing, the development of 3D printing newlinehas been nothing short of transformative. Central to this transformation are the newlinethermoplastics like PLA and PETG. The synergy that exists among FSW and newlineadvanced thermoplastics realm, mainly PLA and PETG, paves the way for the newlinegroundbreaking perceptions in the joining of materials. This research work newlineemphasizes on the integration of cylindrical pin in the process of FSW, a newlinestrategic move which ensures uniform friction over the surface of welding, thus newlineleading to unparalleled quality of welds. The integration of Design Of newlineExperiments (DOE) software into this process is another leap forward. On newlineoptimizing pivotal parameters like Rotational Speed (RS), Transverse Speed newline(TS), and Plunge Depth (PD), this data-driven model confirms that the process newlineof welding is effective and efficient manner. newline
