Abstract
newlineCancer is one of the lethal diseases causing immeasurable pain, loss of lives, and expensive
newlinehealth care. The events underlying its foundation, evolution, or inhibition and control are still
newlinenot clearly understood. During cell divisions, if any inheritable or epigenetic alterations allow
newlinea cell to grow abruptly by avoiding the growth inhibitory signals and develops a colony of
newlinehyper-proliferative cells, then it is termed as tumour. This process can be accelerated by the
newlineexternal harsh environmental effects and/or DNA damaging environmental effects. Cancer
newlinemay affect any organ and spread to other sites of a living body over a period of time through
newlinethe lymphatic and vascular systems. The pathway followed in the spread of the disease is many
newlinea time asymptomatic for the initial spread of the disease.
