Studying the impact of climate change on society has emerged as a major focus of research across various scientific communities due to the global concern regarding widespread changes in the climate. The release of critical gases such as carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxide, and sulfur oxide are the major components for the comprehensive changes in the climate; anthropogenic carbon dioxide acts as the leader among the all enumerated. Numerous researchers have reported that massive amount of carbon dioxide is released due to burning of fossil fuels, in the current era, beyond one-third of overall carbon dioxide is exposed to the surrounding due to the combustion of hydrocarbon fuels. A chemical looping combustion (CLC) system is viewed as a paramount alternative resolution that can rise the thermal effectiveness of a plant considering the inherent benefits of carbon dioxide severance having the least disbursement of energy. newlineCLC technology uses two reactors: a fuel reactor (FR) and an air reactor (AR) within the system containing oxygen carrier particles. These particles transport specific oxygen from the AR to the FR. The exhaust from the FR results in pure CO2 by condensing the existing water content without the need for additional gas separation. The CLC technique possesses an intrinsic feature of capturing all carbon, efficiently collecting a substantial flow of CO2 without emitting NOx into the atmosphere. Additionally, there are no additional costs or energy losses involved in separating gases. newlineA numerical analysis has been used to examine a behavior of bubble hydrodynamics within FR of chemical looping combustion system. The detailed analysis of bubble dynamics provides a clear understanding of the CLC system by means of bubble generation, development, rise, growth, and collapse within the reactor. newlineThe present computational model will also be used to thoroughly perceive the molar fraction of different phases in the fuel reactor, which gives a better comprehension of the relative mixing of different species involv
