Lignocellulosic biomass is projected to be a promising renewable resource and plastic newlinewaste, tire rubber waste recycling for producing energy and fuels. Pyrolysis is an attractive newlinetechnique for converting heavy hydrocarbons and biomass to hydrocarbon fuels. Pyrolysis newlineinvolves the controlled cracking of biomass in an atmosphere without oxygen to produce bio-oil, newlinebiochar, and gases. The bio-oil obtained from pyrolysis needs to be upgraded due to its high oxygen newlinecontent, high acidity, and low heating value. Recently, microwave-assisted heating is gaining newlineinterest due to its volumetric, selective, and fast feedstock heating with high energy efficiency. In newlinethis concern, the thesis is focused on investigating the effects of the ((i) physicochemical pretreatment newlineof biomass (tea waste, rice straw) and heavy hydrocarbons (tire rubber waste) using newlinesolvents and laser light 532 nm, power 100 mW, (ii) Co-pyrolysis of biomass-to-heavy newlinehydrocarbons ratio, (iii) catalytic and non-catalytic pyrolysis, (iv) microwave power, (v) susceptor newline(graphite), (vi) oil composition, oil HHV and yields of oil, char, gas, and (vii) temperature and newlinehigh heating rate profile, pyrolysis index, synergy effect on yield of co-pyrolysis. newlineThe work was focused on microwave-assisted pyrolysis and co-pyrolysis of tire rubber newlinewaste, polypropylene plastics, paraffin wax, tea waste, and rice straw. The Synergy between newlinelignocellulosic biomasses (tea waste and rice straw) with Polypropylene (PP) and paraffin wax newline(PW) on pyrolysate composition and yields were studied. Experiments were performed at 450-600 newlineW power using graphite as a susceptor. Typically, 10-30 g of feedstock was mixed with 10-30 g newlineof graphite powder in individual pyrolysis and co-pyrolysis. To recover oil, qualitatively and newlinequantitatively, this study utilized microwave pyrolysis in conjunction with other hydrocarbons, newlinesuch as Polypropylene, paraffin wax, tire rubber waste, and biomass, such as tea waste powder and newlinerice straw. Laser light 532 nm, investigations were conducted on rice
